If you do not agree with our product received, you can exchange it in one of the following ways:

At any of our collection points you can exchange it for a product of the same value.
From your home. To do so, contact [email protected] and send the product directly by post using. You can exchange the product for another, or in the event that the exchange is due to malfunctions, it will be exchanged for the same product, which will also be sent to your home.
In case of exchange for a damaged product during delivery, please contact us via our email [email protected]

The exchange period is 21 days after receiving the product.
